The Introduction of Recycling and Repurchasing

1. A total of 35 units are recovered
Repurchase amount:
Total: 3,044,463.00 RMB

2. Repurchase scrapped-for-new car leasing
Most of the repurchased vehicles have a long life and high maintenance costs. The rental price of new vehicles is lower than the repurchase and re-lease price of existing vehicles; vehicles that cannot meet the environmental protection standards stipulated by the law must be scrapped and replaced with new vehicles with the same specifications lease.

3. Payment
The rent is paid monthly, and the recovered payment is used to offset the rent.

4. Number of tires used per year: 2 sets; purchase the excess part by yourself.

5. Alternative battery
Each electric forklift is equipped with a spare battery.

6. Maintenance station and spare parts warehouse
Qingdao Fork has set up a spare parts warehouse and a spare truck warehouse within 500 meters of the factory. There are 5 on-site maintenance personnel. If the forklift fails, the fault will be immediately checked.

7. Annual working hours
3500 hours, the exceeding part is calculated as 10 hours/exceeding hour.

8. The price includes repair and maintenance costs under normal operating conditions, accessories costs and basic forklift use and maintenance training.

9. The lessee is responsible for personnel, fuel (electricity) and correct operation, and the lessee shall bear the maintenance cost for the forklift damage caused by man.

10. Qingdao Fork is responsible for repairs and maintenance. The lessee will provide an alternative vehicle if the forklift is out of service due to a malfunction.

11. The working hours of the electric forklift are less than 4 hours to replace the new battery.

12. Insurance
The vehicle purchases third-party liability insurance.

13. Forklift inspection
Qingdao Fork is responsible for the annual inspection of special equipment and environmental protection standard inspection of vehicles.

14. Delivery of repurchased vehicles
After the repurchase is completed, the lessee shall cooperate with the lessor to complete the vehicle cancellation procedures at the Technical Supervision Bureau to complete the property right delivery
